La venta de HC Starck, que fabrica polvo de metal y cerámica, ayudará a financiar la oferta de su matriz por Schering AG, según Bayer.
FRANCFORT (AFX-España) - Bayer AG anuncia que va a vender su filial HC Starck a un consorcio de inversores que integran Advent International y el grupo Carlyle, por 1.200 millones de euros.
La farmacéutica añade que espera una reducción de su deuda de alrededor de 1.000 millones de euros con esta venta, con unas plusvalías contables de unos 150 millones de euros.
