Spanish stock market looks to Brazil

Just several days before presidential elections in Brazil, the Ibex closed trading down 1.52% because of possibilities that current President Dilma Rousseff outperformed her main competitor at the polls.

The markets do not like the current president and miss Luiz Innacio Lula da Silva, who was called the red ogre when elected but ended up transforming the Brazilian economy. The IMF's views about Brazil worry Spanish investors with exposure there: Santander, Gas Natural, Prosegur and Mapre. A Rousseff victory could put their investments in danger.
