Andic hands over Mango to his son Jonathan

Those that know how family companies operate know that one of the most critical times, when many family companies go under, is when control passes from one generation to the next. Mango owner, Isak Andic, seems unwilling to even test this scenario.

For years, he has been transitioning the company to his son Jonathan, who has been president for two years and just took on a joint-CEO role where he will manage the family fortune of 4.1 billion euros. For the process to succeed, Jonathan will have to show just as much talent as his father and have the drive to push the company ahead. Time will tell if he has the mettle.
