What's at risk in the healthcare field?

Everyone knows that we are nearing the campaign season and that politicians are avoiding anything that smells of privatization. Especially when it comes to healthcare.

The attacks on a failed public-private healthcare model have paralyzed six hospitals in Madrid and adversely affected healthcare companies. Regions such as Catalonia, Andalucia, Madrid and Castile-La Mancha have frozen agreements after the White Sea tsunami.

The government cannot afford to be lily-livered now, especially when it has been shows that private management cuts costs and reduces wait times in hospitals. But they have been slow to offer satisfactory explanations and manage their operations well.
