Business owners in the sector complain that made-to-measure solutions are confusing and ineffective. Instead, they want to see consistent and objective solutions that apply to everyone and don't hurt their business.
If the government intends to change the current smoking ban, it should apply these changes to all businesses and reconcile tensions between good health and good business.
