Banca Cívica is speeding up its technological integration. After announcing their IPO, the company looked at integrations within Cajasol, Caja, Navarra, Burgos and Canarias and announced plans to invest a total of 400 million euros in a process scheduled to be conclude in November of 2012.

According to sources familiar with information technology development, the plan considers early retirements that have already been registered this department and is designed for around 80 people.

Technical integration of information teams is cited at 95 or 100 million euros, in which a wide range of providers participate.

The new system that the four companies will adopt captures the best from Caja Navarra and above all from Cajasol. The Sevillian company is contributing some added value and experience that the rest of the companies don?t have.

And the Andalusian company already has the most current information integrations of El Monte and San Fernando and Cajasol.
