LONDRES (Thomson Financial) - La presencia de un segundo caso de fiebre aftosa fue confirmada en cercanías del lugar donde se detectó el primer foco de la enfermedad, situado en el Surrey (sudeste de Inglaterra), anunció este martes la ministra del Entorno, Hilary Benn.
