LONDRES (AFX-España) - Altria Group Inc dijo que sus accionistas recibirán 0,692024 acciones de Kraft Foods Inc por cada acción de Altria en el marco de la anunciada reestructuración.
Altria anunció la segregación de Kraft en noviembre del año pasado.
