NUEVA YORK (AFX-España) - Equity Office Properties Trust ha cambiado el acuerdo de su venta al grupo Blackstone y según los últimos términos este último comprará el fondo inmobiliario por 54,0 dólares por acción o un total de 38.300 millones de dólares, un 11,3% más de lo pactado en noviembre.
