(Reuters) - Chile's Environmental Court ruled on Monday that Barrick Gold Corp's Pascua-Lama gold and silver project has not damaged glaciers within its "area of influence", the Toronto-based gold producer said.
Barrick said it remains committed to working with stakeholders in local communities in CHILE (CHILE.CHL)(CHILE.CHL)(CHILE.84)to advance the project in an environmentally responsible manner.
