NEW YORK (Reuters) - A Delta Air Lines plane slid off the runway at New York's LaGuardia Airport on Thursday during a snowstorm, NY 1 television and other media reported on Thursday.
There were no reports of casualties but the New York City Fire Department said it was responding to the incident.
Images from local media showed the Delta plane on a snowy runway area with its nose smashed into a fence. It was not clear whether the aircraft was landing or taking off when the incident occurred.
Delta could not be reached immediately for comment.
The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey did not have additional information.
