WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. President Barack Obama still believes that comprehensive energy legislation is the best way to tackle planet-warming gases, the White House said Monday.
Spokesman Robert Gibbs was responding to a new U.S. Environmental Protection Agency ruling that greenhouse gases endanger human health. Legislation on greenhouse gas emissions is still stuck in the U.S. Congress.
