Ryanair struggles as customers look elsewhere

The low cost carrier Ryan air is dealing with a lot of bad news. According to the latest figures, the airline has lost three million clients in the last year. These numbers should not come as a surprise for Ryanair given the numerous controversies that arisen recently.

From the drunk Scots incident to getting caught flying with not enough fuel, Ryanair has lost business because its customers are fed up and have started to choose companies that offer better treatment and more security.

The customer is always right, or so the saying goes, and declining ticket sales means that Ryanair is offering lackluster service that will end up hurting its profits and balance sheet.
