Grifols in great shape to offer dividend to shareholders

It seems the tides have turned for Grifols. Despite recent acquisitions, including the branch Novartis, the company will pay shareholders the biggest dividend in history after three years of not paying one.

In fact, experts forecast that shareholders will receive 0.57 euros per share, which will force Grifols to pay 195.95 billion euros. The company's decision shows that its financial health has rebounded.

The company's shares have become more attractive recently and the Novartis acquisition garnered international notice last month. So refinancing its debt in early 2014 will not by a problem.
