Why does Seguriber still have government contracts?

Seguriber, the Spanish security company that was blamed for the Madrid Arena tragedy where five young people died, continues to receive public contracts. It has received 362,976 euros from the Madrid regional government and 7.1 million euros from the Education Ministry. Seguriber CEO Mónica Oriol keeps her position at the Círculo de Empresarios, a top organization of Spanish business leaders, even though she should have been fired long ago.

It is hard to understand how this company can continue to provide services for the government and that the Madrid regional government continues to use them in government buildings.

This is a scandal that taxpayers funding work for a company that should have its contracts revoked.
