It is increasingly evident that not all euro group partners agree that Spain should ask for a complete bailout.
The latest visits of German Chancellor Merkel and Finland's Katainen indicate that the Northern block is considering a solution for Spain that's close to a line of credit than a conventional bailout. The same conclusion came out of a meeting between Schäuble and German representatives. Mario Draghi talked about a preventative credit line last week, which Germany was less excited about.
