ISM Non-Manufacturing Index (Dec.) The ISM Non-Manufacturing Index for December will provide a nationwide reading on a group of industries that make up the majority of the economy.
After slipping in November, the index is expected to post a small one-point gain to 53.0. The focal point should be a rebound in the employment index, which fell below the neutral 50-mark last month.
Ongoing jobs growth in key services industries should push that sub-index back into expansion territory.
