Later, the President will hold a bilateral meeting with President Hamid Karzai of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan. In the afternoon, the President will meet with President Dilma Rousseff of Brazil.
Also in the afternoon, the President and President Dilma Rousseff will join in a family photo with leaders attending the Open Government Partnership Event. After, the President will attend the Open Government Partnership Event.
Later, the President will attend a bilateral meeting with Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan of Turkey. In the evening, the President and the First Lady will attend a DNC event.
