Hitachi to buy Fujitsu's share of plasma panel venture

TOKYO (Reuters) - Japan's Hitachi Ltd <6501.T> said on Friday it plans to buy Fujitsu Ltd's <6702.T> 4.6 percent stake in their plasma panel joint venture to make it a wholly owned unit on April 1.
