WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Atlantic Richfield Co. has agreed to pay $187 million to finance a cleanup of 120 miles of the Clark Fork River and other areas in southwestern Montana under a settlement announced by the Justice Department and Environmental Protection agency on Thursday.
