GAZA (Reuters) - Israeli military aircraft bombed the Hamas-run Interior Ministry in Gaza city on Wednesday, a Hamas official said. There was no immediate word of casualties.
An Israeli military spokeswoman said she was checking thereport.
Last month Israel bombed another interior ministry buildingin Gaza, the first Israeli bombing of a Palestinian governmentbuilding since Hamas Islamists took over Gaza in June afterrouting secular Fatah forces loyal to President Mahmoud Abbas.
