San Juan, Dec 28 (EFE).- Three police, two of them women, were shot and killed Monday in Puerto Rico by a fellow officer during an argument at headquarters in the southern city of Ponce.
A Puerto Rican police spokesperson confirmed to EFE that the victims were a major, a lieutenant and a patrolwoman.
The assailant, who like the victims has not been identified, was arrested.
Little information has been provided about the shooting, and for the moment all that is known is that a heated argument broke out among those involved in the incident, though what it was about remains unknown.
