BEIRUT (Reuters) - An explosion in central Damascus killed at least four people and wounded several others, Syria's state news agency and a monitoring group said on Sunday.
State news agency SANA said the "terrorist explosion" wounded 19 people. The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitoring group said it occurred close to a market.
