Suicide bomber kills five people in NW Pakistan

ISLAMABAD (Reuters) - A suicide car-bomber attacked a police van in the northwestern Pakistani town of Dera Ismail Khan on Tuesday, killing five people, including two policemen, a doctor said.

"The bodies of two policemen, two children and a passer-by have been brought in," Qibla Khan, a doctor at the city's main hospital, told Reuters by telephone. Seven people had been wounded, he said.
