PODGORICA (Reuters) - A Montenegrin Airlines plane made an emergency landing in the capital Podgorica Friday after one of its undercarriage wheels fell off during takeoff, an airline spokeswoman said.
The Fokker 100 jet, en route to Rome with 28 passengers and crew on board, dumped fuel before making an emergency landing at Podgorica's Golubovci airport on its remaining three undercarriage wheels and nose wheel, she said.
There were no injuries and the Montenegrin authorities have launched an investigation into the case.
