TOKYO (Reuters) - Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group plans to announce revised terms for its $9 billion investment in Morgan Stanley later on Monday, a source familiar with the matter said.
The source, who spoke on condition of anonymity, said Japan's top bank planned to make the announcement soon but that it was unclear if it would be able to do so by 12 p.m. GMT (8 a.m. EDT).
Mitsubishi UFJ is seeking more favorable terms for the deal following a slide in Morgan Stanley's share price, another person familiar with the deal had told Reuters earlier.
