Convergys Corporation (NYSE: CVG), a global leader in relationship management, announced today an Infinys [R] upgrade with ZON TV Cabo, the largest cable and satellite operator in Portugal.
ZON TV Cabo will upgrade its legacy system to Convergys Infinys Rating and Billing (IRB) version 3.0 to support its countrywide cable and satellite network, and triple play service offerings (combined voice, Internet, and TV Services), as well as help it introduce new, innovative services planned for later this year. A team of Convergys specialists will work on the upgrade project with ZON TV Cabo in Lisbon.
