- Venkat Ramaswamy, Chairman, Experience Co–Creation Partnership
- Subu Goparaju, Vice President, Infosys

"We designed the European Innovation Movement Symposium to help companies access the innovative ideas that reside within their existing base - both with their employees and partner networks," said Pablo Diego, Senior Managing Director, EMEA, at Palladium. "Our model is based on a structured methodology where creativity and management merge to support organisations on their way to a profitable and sustainable growth."
The conference presented strategies to help executives remain competitive and achieve stability within their highly commoditized industries, including:
- Embedding innovation into your corporate culture
- Aggregating small, individual innovations into a differentiated customer experience
- Executing within a strategy framework that can support and manage the innovation process to ensure your objectives are realised
Palladium Group executives designed the innovation movement model, which was presented at the EIMS, based on years of experience working with companies who are struggling to merge innovation with strategy. The model, which promotes driving a company´s strategy through innovation, has four main principles: define the opportunity, build through co–creation, execute innovation, and create momentum. The event was centered around these main principles, and provided business leaders with tactics and strategies for integrating these ideas within their individual organizations.
