BOSASSO, Somalia (Reuters) - Kidnappers in north Somalia have seized a Pakistani working for a Canadian oil company in the latest such attack on foreigners in the Horn of Africa nation, a regional official said on Wednesday.
"A Pakistani man working for African Oil Corp. was kidnapped by two of his bodyguards between Daroor and Ufayn, about 80 km to the south of Bosasso," Hassan Osman Alore, mineral minister for the local Puntland region's government, told Reuters.
