New Industry Awards: DEMOgod and Cleantech 100

A demonstration of a prototype of the Plastic Logic electronic reader met with critical acclaim when it was previewed at the DEMOfall 08 industry conference earlier this month in San Diego. At the event, the Plastic Logic reader was awarded the DEMOgod People´s Choice Award. This recognition, voted by attendees, is considered the show´s highest honor.

In other recognition, Cambridge, UK–based research firm The Liberty House announced Plastic Logic has been awarded a spot on its 2008 Cleantech 100 list. The list is a rigorously selected group of private cleantech companies, deemed to represent the hottest prospects for the future by Library House research and an external expert panel of cleantech investors and company leaders.
