SunTec, the leading provider of relationship–based pricing and centralized billing solutions, has announced that France–based Arval, a leading player in the operational leasing, vehicle–fleet and fuel management markets, will be deploying its TBMS–F product suite to bill their customer services. Arval, a BNP Paribas company with operations across 39 countries specialises in operational leasing and in the management of multi–brand corporate vehicles and fuel cards.

As part of its core renewal programme - the Common Applications Portfolio (CAP) project - Arval is aiming to replace its current systems with more robust systems to promote growth, increase customer satisfaction, and improve and harmonize its information systems. As an integral part of the CAP project, all billing processes - which are currently spread across several systems and countries - are to be integrated into one single system to ease both operations and maintenance.
SunTec´s TBMS–F forms the core billing application within the CAP project whereby all charges will be consolidated and sent for printing according to the profiles of over 50,000 customers. With the implementation of TBMS–F, Arval will be replacing all existing invoice generation processes for most European operations.
