BPE, which takes place from 12th–14th October, 2008 at the Queen Elizabeth Conference Centre in London, UK, is the premier biotechnology partnering and networking event in Europe. BioPartnering Leadership Sessions

One of the most popular features of BPE are the BioPartnering Leadership Sessions, where some of the most important issues influencing the growth of the life science industry are debated by a group of key decision makers. Sessions include:

  • Artistic Masterpieces - Industry experts such as Dr. Genghis Lloyd–Harris, Abingworth and Dr. Charles Wilson from Novartis, will discuss some of the more creative and transformational deals in the sector.
  • Deal or No Deal - A highly experienced panel including Karl Keegan, Canaccord Adams and Daniel Pavin, Taylor Wessing, will review and discuss the market expectations for deal terms in the sector currently.
  • BIOFORECASTER - An expert panel of sector specialists and biotechnology analysts return to review the sector and give their predictions for the coming six months.

Dedicated Meeting Booth

The option to purchase a dedicated meeting booth this year allows attendees from any industry to reserve a meeting space for either one or two days. Companies can invite attendees to meet at their booth via biopartnering.com.

Podium Presentations

180 life science companies will offer 13–minute podium presentations over the course of the two days. Presenters will be able to introduce their company, showcase key technologies and highlight partnering goals. Benefits include two conference tickets as well as access to the VIP presenter lounge.

Open House Presentation & Dedicated Meeting Booth

In this format, life science companies enjoy optimal benefits with access to a meeting booth for an entire day. The booth will feature a dedicated 2–hour time period to showcase their company and also have private meeting space where they can continue their discussions. The format allows for two hours use of the booth as an Open House interactive / multi–media space and then five hours use of the booth as a meeting room with the opportunity to schedule meetings directly through biopartnering.com. This option includes two conference tickets.
