MOSCOW (Reuters) - Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev on Monday ordered its government to prepare legal action against Ukraine if it does not repay $3 billion debt, Russian news agencies reported.
Medvedev said he had no doubts Kiev would not repay the money Ukraine owed to Moscow, RIA news agency reported.
