Warner Music Group and Brilliant Technologies Announce Agreement to Offer WMG's Catalog for Qtrax, the World's First Ad-Supported P2P Legal Service

Warner Music Group (NYSE: WMG), and Brilliant
Technologies Corporation (OTCBB: BLLN) today announced an agreement to
offer music from WMG's world-renowned artists for streaming and
limited download on Brilliant's Qtrax legal peer-to-peer (P2P) music
network.
Qtrax is a groundbreaking ad-supported P2P digital content
distribution system designed to provide the legal sharing,
distribution and intellectual property protection of content while
driving new revenue streams from legal P2P online sampling of music,
and promoting digital purchase or subscription.
Audible Magic Corporation's digital fingerprinting and copyright
filtering services will be used to limit unauthorized distribution of
copyrighted content transferred via the Qtrax P2P network.

WEA Corp. had the highest gain of digital track share of any major
U.S. distributor in the first half of 2006, according to Nielsen
SoundScan. In addition, WMG had four of the Top 10 highest-selling
digital tracks including the No. 1 and No. 2 digital tracks, Daniel
Powter's "Bad Day," and Sean Paul's "Temperature" in that period.
