4C Controls Inc.:
Who: 4C Controls Inc. (OTCBB: FOUR.OB), is a new security player and a first–mover in the high–resolution Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) technology space. The company provides integrated security solutions to combat growing security threats and global terrorism.
The company is poised for rapid growth, with significant financial backing and an experienced management team comprised of internationally recognised experts in the field.
What: 4C Controls Inc. will share how it has made significant steps towards delivering on its business plan within the past 30 days and unveil its plans for the commercial distribution of high resolution satellite SAR and optical images.
The company provides high–resolution real–time SAR imagery up to 1M Ground Sampling Distance and high resolution panchromatic and multispectral images. In addition, it is building its own Ground Receiving Stations around the world.
4C Controls expects to launch its own high resolution (1m) Earth Observation SAR and optical satellites by 2011. As well as security applications, these satellites can be used to identify floods, droughts, landslides, volcanic activity, seismic activity, forest fire and oil spills.
A strategic alliance with a major world leading manufacturer of high resolution SAR satellites will be announced. The cooperation includes the production of two high resolution SAR satellites.
Details of 4C Controls´ strategic alliances with an operator of high resolution commercial in–orbit SAR satellites in Middle East, Arabian Gulf region, much of Africa and part of Asia will be disclosed.
