Appointment of New Chairman to the Board of LBC Tank Terminals

The Board of LBC would like to announce that the chairman of LBC, François Cornélis, has stepped down from this position, with immediate effect. Mr Cornélis has recently accepted a new, interim assignment as the CEO of Belgium’s electricity transmission system operator, Elia and therefore felt unable to continue in his role as the Chairman of LBC.

LBC will now initiate a search for a new permanent, independent Chairman for LBC. In the meantime, the Board of Directors has appointed Edward Sigar as the interim Chairman. Mr Sigar has been a director on the LBC Board since 2012.

The Board would like to express its gratitude to François for his chairmanship of the company.
