PARÍS (AFX-España) - Arcelor y Mittal Steel Co NV anunciaron ayer que prevén que la compañía resultante de su fusión tenga un EBITDA (resultado bruto de explotación) anual de 12.000-12.500 millones de euros, confirmando una previsión realizada antes en base a las estimaciones individuales de cada una de las compañías.
