Atos Euronext Market Solutions (AEMS) Announces the Acquisition of Apollo from Misys plc

Atos Euronext Market Solutions (AEMS), the leading
global provider of technology solutions for exchanges, clearing
houses, banks, and intermediaries is pleased to announce its
acquisition of Misys Asset Management Systems SA, (based in France),
owner of the Apollo product range, from Misys plc.
AEMS believes the development of wealth management technology
solutions for private and institutional clients is a significant
growth area in continental Europe, and has made this strategic
investment to complement its already well established portfolio of
solutions for financial institutions.
The Apollo product range - recipient of The Banker Technology
Award for innovation - currently offers two key products, Apollo for
Institutional Management and Apollo for Private Wealth Management, to
industry leading clients such as BNP PAM, HSBC, Natexis, WestLB and
Indosuez BGPI.
AEMS' investment is supported by Apollo client BNP Paribas -
Philippe Marchessaux, Head of Portfolio Management, Private Banking
