Edwards is highlighting the reliability and environmental benefits of their dry vacuum pumps at Expoquimia, Barcelona, September 30 – 03 October.
Expoquimia is an international chemical show which takes place every three years. This year on Edwards’ stand there will be several running dry vacuum pumps, a CXS, a GXS and an nXDS. Two of the pumps will be wirelessly connected to computers, demonstrating the pumps’ control and monitoring features. The nXDS will be running together with a vacuum chamber, and Edwards’ application experts will do live experiments at the show.

The nXDS dry scroll pump is suitable for use on vapour handling processes even with corrosives and particulates, and so is ideal for use in chemical laboratories. The advanced scroll form and quiet operation of the nXDS, together with intelligent, easy to use controls, deliver best-in-class performance.
Also on the stand will be a running GXS. The GXS range, with its innovative screw technology, enables users to maximise their productivity and performance with a low cost of ownership and small carbon footprint. The GXS provides robust and reliable operation even in harsh applications, and its long service intervals (up to 5 years) mean minimal maintenance is required.
