Sourcing and optimisation specialists, Trade Extensions has launched a series of video INSIGHTS examining some of the theory behind optimisation and its practical use in advanced sourcing projects.
The nine episode series begins on 1 August 2014 with Trade Extensions Founder and Chairman, Arne Andersson giving ‘A brief history of advanced sourcing’ and also examining ‘Opportunities from data’.
Later in the series Trade Extensions, CEO, Garry Mansell highlights some of the practical applications of optimisation and shows how, when applied within Trade Extensions’ TESS™ platform, it can be used, not only to save money, but improve quality. Other episodes in the INSIGHTS series demonstrate how TESS can be used for risk management and supply chain tendering projects.
