SYDNEY (Reuters) - Australia will transfer 157 Tamil asylum seekers that it has been holding at sea to the mainland Curtin Detention Centre, a government source told Reuters on Friday, in a setback for Prime Minister Tony Abbott's tough policy on refugee boat arrivals.
