NEW DELHI (Reuters) - The Indian consulate in the Afghan city of Herat has come under attack, Indian Ministry of External Affairs spokesman Syed Akbarrudin said on Friday.
He said on Twitter that all personnel were safe and an operation to repel the attackers was underway.
