OTTAWA (Reuters) - Former Canadian Finance Minister Jim Flaherty passed away on Thursday, less than a month after stepping down after eight years in his post, Sun News Network reported, citing multiple unnamed sources.
He had been suffering acutely from a rare skin disease but when he resigned he denied his resignation had anything to do with health.
