Jamba, one of the world´s leading providers of
mobile entertainment, announced today that Kaj Hagros will join the
company as Chief Operating Officer in the beginning of July. He will
replace Lee Fenton, who has decided to return to London at the end of
June to pursue other opportunities and join his family on a full-time
basis. Mr. Hagros, who most recently served as Vice President, Market
Development for Airwide Solutions, will be responsible for developing
and executing Jamba´s product, technology and
content strategies. He will be based in Berlin and will be report to
Mauro Montanaro, Jamba´s CEO. Jamba, a joint venture between News Corporation (NYSE: NWS, NWS.A) and
VeriSign, Inc. (NASDAQ: VRSN) serves 35 territories around the world
with a wide array of mobile products and services. It also houses the

leadership positions at First Hop, where he was also responsible for

and Mr. Hagros took over that company´s
