announced the acquisition of Alliancesmith®, a

software platform for relationship management from Vantage Partners.

Vantage Partners is a leading provider of processes, tools

skill-building and solutions necessary to build world-class negotiation

and relationship management capabilities.

development, licensing and alliance management is widely used by

companies to scout, compare and evaluate promising in-licensing and M&A

opportunities and manage the resulting alliances.
Alliancesmith® is used by partnering

organizations to support a systematic and repeatable approach to

The acquisition of Alliancesmith® will create

a best-of-breed alliance and relationship management portfolio spanning
