Microsoft Dynamics CRM Users Close Deals Faster with Latest DocuSign Release

DocuSign announced the latest release of the DocuSign connector for Microsoft Dynamics CRM to make it even easier and faster for sales teams to close deals while delivering an exceptional customer experience. DocuSign’s Dynamics Connector now supports Dynamics CRM 2013 to help users quickly and securely capture customer data and signatures on contracts.

“In today’s busy, on-the-go world, customers need business solutions that are fast and agile,” said Wayne Morris, CVP Marketing for Microsoft Dynamics. “The new release of DocuSign together with Microsoft Dynamics CRM not only provides a powerful solution for building and nurturing business relationships, managing and signing documents, and closing deals, but also enables organizations to drastically accelerate their business while providing customers with a world-class experience.”

The DocuSign connector for Microsoft Dynamics CRM is available for download directly from the Microsoft Dynamics Marketplace or the DocuSign Solutions Showcase. The latest release includes:

  • Quicker access to sending documents for signature – New “Send with DocuSign” functionality in the Account, Contact, Lead, and custom entities makes it easy to DocuSign in any workflow.
  • Sending documents directly through Outlook – Users can “Send with DocuSign” directly from the Dynamics Outlook plugin to expedite getting data and signatures on documents.
  • Easier administration – Administrators can manage their DocuSign integration with greater speed and ease in one convenient spot.

DocuSign is offering complimentary technology certification training for qualified Dynamics CRM partners on implementation and use of DocuSign for Dynamics CRM at an in-person training in December at DocuSign’s global headquarters in San Francisco and in EMEA in early 2014.

“The Microsoft Dynamics community is looking for solutions like DocuSign to streamline their business processes and shorten the sales cycle,” said Owen Scott, CIO, xRM. “DocuSign helps Microsoft Dynamics users take advantage of the benefits of their CRM system to get contracts closed faster and realize revenue sooner.”
