The International Association of Claim Professionals Announces Fifth Annual European Conference

The International Association of Claim Professionals (IACP) has announced that its Fifth Annual European Conference will be held on Thursday, November 7, 2013 through Friday, November 8, 2013 in Paris, France. The event will commence the evening of November 7, 2013 with an opening night reception at the Shangri-La Hotel in Paris. The actual conference will take place on Friday, November 8, 2013 at SCOR Headquarters.

Victor Peignet, Chief Executive Officer for SCOR Global P&C will provide the keynote, “A CEO’s Perspective of a Rapidly Changing Global Marketplace” at the conference.

Stuart Willoughby, the European Conference Committee Chair, IACP Immediate Past President and Global Head of Claims for SCOR Global P&C has confirmed the following topics for this cutting edge program, which addresses many of the issues facing claim and insurance professionals today.

IACP was formed in 1971 as an excess and surplus lines insurance claims organization, to provide a forum for claims professionals to enhance their knowledge base through continuing education programs, to enable industry professionals to exchange ideas on issues, trends and build relationships and networks with other claims professionals in the industry.

Over the years, the Association grew to an international network of the most senior insurance claims professionals from around the world involved in claims management, reinsurance, primary insurance and run-offs who strive to enhance the development and professionalism of its membership, raise the standards of good practice and maintain an integrity and degree of excellence in the industry that exceeds today’s increasing demands.
