Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP today announced the formation of an Office
of the Chairman, to be led by current Chairman Jack H. Nusbaum. The
Office of the Chairman will include two newly appointed Vice Chairmen --
New York corporate partners Thomas M. Cerabino and Steven J. Gartner.
Tom and Steve are currently members of the firm´s
Executive Committee and Co-Chairs of the Corporate and Financial
Services Department. In addition, Mr. Cerabino is Co-Chair of the M&A
practice, and Mr. Gartner is Co-Chair of the Private Equity Practice.
Both Mr. Cerabino and Mr. Gartner have been with the firm for more than
20 years.

is an important step in the evolution of the leadership of our firm. Tom
