Kroll Ontrack, a leading provider of edisclosure and data recovery software and services, today announced the appointment of Tim Phillips to EMEA Managing Director for its Legal Technologies business. Phillips has been with Kroll Ontrack since 2007, serving as Sales Director for the European Region.
As Managing Director, Phillips will have responsibility for operations and business development throughout EMEA, reporting to Dean Hager, president and CEO of Kroll Ontrack. In his previous role as Sales Director, Phillips oversaw Legal Technologies business development across Europe, including electronic disclosure and computer forensics. He also managed the growth and development of global accounts throughout both the U.K. and Europe, working with in-house legal departments, compliance officers, regulators and government agencies.

Phillips has over 25 years of business development experience in the IT and telecommunications industries. He previously worked as Vice President of Business Development and as Director of Business Development for various telecom companies, where he built global sales teams in Europe and the U.S.
