Passenger traffic figures
Aéroports de Paris (Paris:ADP) (Pink Sheets:AEOPF) recorded an
increase of 2.2% in passenger traffic to 7.2 million passengers in
March 2008 compared to March 2007; divided up between 5 million
passengers for Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport (+3.3%) and 2.2 million
passengers for Paris-Orly airport (-0.1%).
As a reminder, passenger traffic was particularly dynamic in March
2007 with a record growth of 10.5%.
Traffic figures for March 2008 are marked by the increase on
European and international routes.
The 7.3% decrease in domestic traffic impacts mainly Paris-Orly
airport. It is notably due to the decrease on the route to Strasbourg.
European traffic grew by 5.7% thanks to Schengen traffic (+7.7%).
The twelve(1) new European Union members recorded an increase of 6.7%.
The British and Irish markets decreased slightly by 0.5%.
Traffic on the other international routes reached a 4.2% increase.
The North and Latin American markets rose by 3.9%. The African market
was up 4.4%. A 4.4% increase was also recorded on routes to and from
Asia and the Middle East.

Aircraft movements
The number of aircraft movements decreased slightly by 0.7% in
March year on year (stable at Paris-Charles de Gaulle and -2.4% at
Paris-Orly). The passenger load factor reached 74.37% in March 2008
compared with 74.47% in March 2007.
